WP&BC Events

One of the great benefits of membership in WP&BC is getting to meet your fellow members to share ideas, network, socialize or volunteer for a cause. We also hold webinar and informational meetings on the latest industry topics.

    2026 Spring Seminar Sponsorship 

    WP&BC is one of the premier employee benefits educational and professional organizations in the western United States.  

    This year's Spring Seminar will be Thursday, April 23, 2026.  We thank Perkins Coie for the use of their Seattle Conference Center. 

    Sponsorship helps support the WP&BC’s mission of providing educational and networking opportunities for its members.  As a Code § 501(c)(6) non‑profit corporation, WP&BC relies on sponsors for a successful Spring Seminar.

    This sponsorship offers your organization an easy and effective opportunity for business development opportunities and greater visibility and name recognition among employee benefit professionals.  We offer several levels of sponsorship for the 2026 Spring Seminar:

    PAYMENTS

    All events must be prepaid.

    If attending an in person meeting, you may pay for by check, no later than the date of the event. If you mail, payment must be made prior to the event. Mail checks to:

    Cancellation policy

    Reservations must be cancelled on or before the reservation deadline in order to receive a refund for an event.
