Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Creating Meaningful Benefit and Retirement Programs

followed by

A Hosted Member Social Event

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are top of mind for many employers as well as their current and prospective employees. Join us as we explore DE&I and social determinants of health, including leveraging data to understand your population’s health disparities and actionable solutions (or strategies) to create a meaningful, inclusive benefit program.

Our interactive discussion will focus on:

o   What is driving DE&I as a business imperative?

o   DE&I in the workforce

o   DE&I through the lens of social determinants of health

o   How to determine if your current benefits and retirement programs align with your definition of DE&I

o   Building a path to equity within your total rewards approach

This session approved for one (1) hour of continuing education from the Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
